Summary records of Military Committee Chiefs of Staff formal and informal sessions. In addition to the members of Military Committee (the chairman or selected representative of each nation's Chiefs of Staff Organization), the meetings were attended by the Chairman and the Director of the Standing Group (and sometimes other sitting Standing Group members), the Standing Group Liaison Officer Representative at NATO Headquarters, the Supreme Allied Commander Europe (SACEUR), the Supreme Allied Commander Atlantic (SACLANT), and the Commander in Chief Channel Command (CINCHAN).
