The subject series includes memoranda as an outcome of the first meeting of the Military Committee in 1949. The documents consist of proposals, one directive, and meeting minutia generally regarding the establishment of procedures for the committee.
RECORD-DSG documents were records of working meetings chaired by the SG Director. They dealt with the day-to-day management of the SG and its subordinate groups (meeting agendas, secretariat...) and were signed by the Director.
