This chronological series contains the memoranda sent by the Standing Group Liaison Office in Paris (SGLO, renamed SGREP after 25 December 1956). The SGLOs were sent by the representative of the Liaison Office or one of his colleagues: -to the Standing Group in Washington (often in response to a memorandum produced by the SG secretariat)-to the Secretary General or the Executive Secretary to inform them of instructions received from the SG and suggest comments The document in question was generally attached to the SGLO. The SGLOs were produced between May 1952 (Liaison Office moved from London to Paris) and December 1956 (Liaison Office renamed Office of the Standing Group Representative - SGREP)

The SGLO series is divided into three categories.
The SGLO documents contain mainly administrative information (personnel management and classified documents).
The SGLO-AR-MEMO documents deal mainly with military issues (yearly review of forces and infrastructure).
The SGLO-MISC documents deal with administrative issues (the annual report of the Liaison Office among others)

SGLO documents are arranged in chronological order.
Originally, they did not have a reference number. Their form and content are similar to those of the SGLPs (another series of memoranda produced by the Liaison Office). Their handwritten reference, which was added subsequently, contains the acronym, followed by the date of the meeting (e.g. SGLO-130952).
